New parishioners should call the Rectory to obtain a registration packet as
soon as possible. Notification prior to leaving Parish, or any status change, is
appreciated.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Monday evening after 7:00 p.m. Mass
SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM
Celebrated alternate Sunday afternoons
immediately following 12:00 noon mass. The required Baptism Preparation Class is
scheduled in April, August and December. Call for next date and class registration.

SACRAMENT OF MATRIMONY
Arrangement for date of wedding
should be done at the
earliest possible time. Six-month preparation period is mandatory by Diocesan
Policy. Must be registered, active member of the parish
ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Urgent calls will be attended to any time of the day or night. If at all possible, the
priest should be called while the patient is still conscious.
SACRAMENTS FOR THE SICK OR HOMEBOUND
Please contact the Rectory concerning illness or hospitalization. Communion is distributed
regularly to nursing homes and homebound.
